Initial Inquiry

To begin, please share a general idea of the piece you’re hoping for. This can include subject matter, size range, overall feeling, and any meaningful details.

At this stage, no formal commitment is required — this helps me determine whether the project is a good fit for my style and current availability.


Acceptance & Deposit

If I accept the commission, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on my calendar.

Work will not begin until the deposit is received.


Questionnaire & Inspiration

Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire to gather details such as:

  • Preferences and vision for the piece

  • Any photo inspiration (optional)

  • Size or measurement requirements

This step ensures I have everything I need before moving into the design phase.


Sketch & Color Palette

Within two weeks, I will provide:

  • A preliminary sketch

  • A proposed color palette

This is your opportunity to review the direction of the piece. One round of minor adjustments is included at this stage.


Once the sketch and color palette are approved, the design is considered final.

No major changes can be made after this point.


After approval, please allow 6–8 weeks for completion of the artwork.

Timing may vary depending on the size, level of detail, and my current commission schedule.


The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or shipment of the artwork.
