How Deep Study

$25.00

The incredible devotion I’ve witnessed over the past 9 months- the love of my husband for our baby- fills me to the brim. The deep belly laughs, the willingness to forsake sleep, the corporate work, all in the name of unselfish love. And yet, the sacrifice of my husband for our children is merely a shadow of our heavenly Father’s love for us. The timeless hymn “How Deep the Father’s Love For Us” has been a comfort to my soul and this artwork was created in tender meditation as I listened.

In "How Deep," the interplay of dark blue and green hues evokes a sense of depth and mystery, inviting viewers to delve into the layers of meaning within the piece. The three luminous yellow spots serve as focal points, symbolizing both the sacred trinity and the dynamic relationship between a father and his two sons. "How Deep” invites us to explore the depths of our relationships, both earthly and divine, and to embrace the transformative power of love and unity.

Through the juxtaposition of color and symbolism, this piece explores themes of unity, familial bonds, and spirituality. The vibrant yellow spots not only draw the eye but also prompt contemplation on the complexities of human connection and the transcendent nature of divine relationships.

As viewers engage with the artwork, they are encouraged to reflect on their own experiences of kinship and spirituality, and to consider the profound interconnectedness that defines the human experience. "How Deep” invites us to explore the depths of our relationships, both earthly and divine, and to embrace the transformative power of love and unity.
